These yoga blocks have been designed for the studio and are made with the highest density foam, giving you the most stable surface to help with stability and balance during desired poses. Each yoga block is designed with beveled edges for a contoured grip. Available in fantastic color choices that match our yoga mats! This is an essential yoga prop for any studio or home practice and best for beginners that need that extra stability.
You will find these blocks to be extremely sturdy and durable, and yet incredibly lightweight and comfortable. Foam blocks lend support and extension to your yoga postures. They provide the support and/or height needed to do poses safely and effectively.
When placed under the hips, hands, heels, or between the hands, they provide the stability and grounding needed to extend fully. Our foam blocks are also available in a Standard Studio 3" and 4'' size.
