Zen Pillow provide, perfect support for sitting and can be used for many yoga postures. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The Zen pillows are stuffed with Cotton. Our pillow design allows the removal or addition of cotton to make the perfect Pillow for you.
Cotton filled Studio Zen pillows are up to 3 1/2 pounds, 15" x 11" x 5” in size and are filled to capacity. Each pillow has a sturdy handle on one side. Outer Zen pillow cover is made from 100% soft cotton material with a full length zipper for easy removal, covers can be machine washed and tumble dried. Inner Zen pillow cover is also made from 100% cotton and filled to capacity with regenerated cotton.
