I practice hot yoga and sweat a lot, wash it each time I use it. I should hand wash but I wash it on a delicate cycle and air dry it in the dryer.

Love this yoga rug! Use it outdoors, rather than my regular yoga mat, but find it great for indoors over my mat, too. I ordered the aqua and the colors are just beautiful.

I received my rug very quickly and I love it! I did find that it won’t work on my laminate flooring, but perfectly on carpet or even over my foam mat

Really enjoying using this cotton mat. I've had it for a month. I love the colors. I have been washing it on low in the washing machine and hang drying. Colors are still strong.
