If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We would gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.
All other returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue store credit if products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in re-sellable condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, all wholesale orders may have a small restocking fee.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees
  • No refunds are issued on DVDs and CDs.
  • Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
  • We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada).
  • Please note that for orders to Canada, tax duty brokerage fees will be applied by customs which will not be refunded.
  • Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.
Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must call our customer service department at 866-955-YOGA (9642). You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped. Please remember orders are sent directly to our warehouse within minutes of receiving your paid order. If your has been processed and shipped, we will have to process the return as a normal return and an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be given and will be the responsibility of the customer to return the package. ?

Wholesale and Special Orders

For large or wholesale orders ( Three Or More Of The Same Item), we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items. This minimal charge covers our costs to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.

For the fastest order processing, please pay with a credit card or PayPal. Please note that large orders and multiple packages may get separated and delivered on different days, please track all packages.
