Return Merchandise Authorization code. (RMA) This code is needed to correctly identify your original order and correctly credit your refund
All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If an order is received with a different shipping service or non-TheYogaWarehouse shipping label, shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship your return back to us, (Our discounted FedEx or UPS shipping rate will be deducted from your return credit. *Restrictions Apply).

Before returning any items, please call our toll free at (866) 955-YOGA for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA)
Damaged Shipment:
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must contact us, and you must report it to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt of item (s).
Important Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges.
If you decide to use your own shipping service, Please carry insurance on your returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned. It is your responsibility to properly insure your package(s). The three major shipping carriers DHL, Fed Ex and UPS include insurance up to $100.00; please make sure you carry the correct amount of insurance coverage to cover the item(s).
The US Postal Service does NOT include insurance, so we advise, if you use this service, that you please purchase this coverage.
* Shipping cost is based more on box size than weight, the bigger the box the more the cost. Please return in original box if possible, if original box not available please call us for return shipping cost on new box size before shipping back to us as shipping cost can double or even triple with just a few extra inches.
