Kakaos Yoga Studio Rectangular Yoga Bolster

This medium-density yoga bolster, weighing between 6 and 6.5 lbs and measuring 24” x 6” x 11”, offers optimal support for restorative and prenatal yoga and is a favorite of yoga studios and yogis alike. Filled with a blend of regenerated cotton and polyester, it provides comfortable yet reliable lift, perfect for placing lengthwise along your back in Shavasana to encourage deeper relaxation and gently open the heart chakra.

The bolster may arrive slightly fuller as the new filling settles over time, and you can easily remove excess filling if you prefer a softer feel. The regenerated filling process mechanically transforms textile cuttings into supportive new fibers, creating a durable and dependable yoga prop.

We make the bolster cover a little larger to accommodate shrinkage after first washing.
