PRANAYAMA YOGA BOLSTER
Our American made cotton Pranayama yoga bolsters provide perfect support for many yoga postures. Our bolsters are designed to support the length of the spine, this bolster facilitates gentle expansion of the lungs to facilitate deeper breathing. You will find that this bolster is firm enough to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The Pranayama yoga bolster is essential props to use when practicing prenatal yoga, this yoga bolster is a perfect props to use when practicing your prenatal yoga as you can remove or add filling as needed. The Pranayama yoga bolsters are stuffed with 100% clean cotton NOT cotton batting. The bolsters are 25" long by 3" high by 5" wide.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Our Pranayama Yoga Bolsters are 25" x 5" x 3" and are stuffed with 100% clean cotton. Bolster from suppliers in India or China are produced with two styles of batting, a low grade cotton batting containing leftovers from the ginning process, this cotton will contain twiggs, leaves, seeds and insects, this cotton is widely used in all bolster as it is the most economical available, the second cotton batting used is a cleaner cotton batting, this batting and all battings will have a binder of polyester added to the cotton, the polyester is then melted, this holds or glues the cotton fiber together to keep the cotton from pulling apart.
The 100% cotton twill washable cover can be easily removed and cleaned.
